An official told news agency--Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man was working on the smart city project when he received electric current. He said that he was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to injuries,. The man has been identified as Danish Ahmed Dar (26) son of Maqbool Ah Dar of Chadoora, Budgam.
